Q: How do I create my own design?
A: To create a design you will need to use a program (like Inkscape, Illustrator) that produces SVGs. Alternatively you can use a PNG or JPG and convert it into an SVG. We have provided a how to here(bottom of page).
Q: How do I order with Custom Blank Tool?

Q: What kinds of metals do you offer?

Q: How long is your processing time?
A: Processing time is dependent upon the amount of blanks being made. Generally we are able to process orders within 3-5 days but for larger orders it can take up to a week or longer.
Q: How long does shipping take?

Q: Can I create copyrighted/trademarked/patented blanks?
A: Please make sure any designs you upload are your own by uploading only designs that are made only of content you created yourself or you have the authority and rights to use. We expect that the creator of a design holds the copyrights to the content. So please only upload your own original designs or one that is free through a Creative Commons License.
By clicking "Add to Cart", you are saying that it is your own design and you own all copyrights for this design or have been given permission to use it. Please do not infringe any other person's intellectual property rights - including copyrights, patents, registered designs, design rights, trade marks or trade secrets.
We do our best to make sure that the blanks we create are not infringing upon another's copyright, but we are also not able to determine whether the user has obtained a license for copyrighted content.
